When relaxation isn't enough

Problems and treatments

Problems treated
OVER TWO DECADES OF PRACTICE, Leslie has treated clients with neck and shoulder problems, repetitive stress disorders, athletic and vehicular injuries, skeletal deformity, muscle spasms and fibromyalgia.
Therapeutic massage and accompanying technologies, particularly cold laser, can help speed healing, reduce inflammation, increase range of motion and restore comfortable activity.

How does it work?
PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE can offer both immediate and long-term effects. Beyond relaxation, deep-tissue release promotes healthy blood flow, delivering useful nutrients to painful areas, flushing out inflammatory agents, and releasing endorphins. Leslie’s hands-on treatments combine time-honored modalities and proven technologies.

Neck and shoulder
Pain, limited motion, headaches and numbness are just a few of the problems originating here, which often affect the rest of the body. This complex area responds to targeted and sensitive massage of layered muscles surrounding the neck, along with deep tissue release around and under the shoulder blades and joints of the arms.

Repetitive stress recovery
Whether you’re at a salon or a construction site, on your feet or in a cubicle, the habits of daily life can take a toll. Leslie understands the particular wear and tear caused by lifting, driving, sitting, and carrying a backpack or a baby. Your treatments will focus on regaining strength and stability as well as comfort and range of motion.

 Athletic achievement

Growing up in snow country, my daughter started skiing at the age of three. In spite of scoliosis, her racing skills flourished. When pain started to interfere with her performance and increase risk on the slopes, we added Leslie's support to her medical care and exercises. With regular massage therapy and cold laser treatments, Jackie stays strong, fast and agile.
